1. Order Cancellation

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may follow our Return & Exchange process after receiving the product.
  • Larive Studio reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Items marked as “final sale”

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (defective, damaged, or wrong item).
