1. Order Cancellation

- Larive Studio reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
Non-returnable items include:

- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items marked as “final sale”
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
